Shipping Warehouse Assistant
Primary duty is receiving in materials as needed on a daily basis. Keeping detailed and accurate count of necessary paperwork. Additionally, assist Shipping Manager with duties related to shipping and warehouse inventory organization.
- load and unload trailers with delivered product, checking and signing all associated paperwork
- transport warehouse items to shipping building as required
- prepare small packages for shipping
- help assemble pallet orders based on managers directions
- label packages for shipping and distribute to correct shipping location
- help keep warehouse clean and organized
- track inventory levels
- other duties as assigned
Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, F overtime as scheduled
$19/hr. D.O.E.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Computer Experience
Lift up to 50lbs.
Dependable
Detail oriented
Preferred:
Reliable transportation
Forklift certified
Prior ltl and ftl shipping knowledge
